Inquiries
Details you send through the contact form — name, email, organization, project type, date and message — are used only to reply and plan your project. The message is delivered to us by email and is not sold or shared. Reach us at mike@greybyrd.com to have an inquiry deleted.
Private client galleries
Private galleries are not hosted on this website. They are delivered through Pic-Time, an external gallery service, which handles viewing access and downloads under its own privacy policy. This website stores no private photographs, holds no gallery passwords or access codes, and does not sign you in — the link on our Game Photos page simply takes you to the gallery service.
Access and invitations
Access to a private gallery is granted by invitation to the email addresses you give us. Galleries containing photographs of young athletes are kept private and are not listed publicly, linked from this website, or shown in the portfolio.
Image usage
We may show selected frames in the public portfolio unless you ask us not to. Tell us and they stay private. We do not publish rosters, and public captions describe the action rather than naming individuals.
Analytics
We track anonymous page views to understand what people look at. No personal profiles are built, and we do not attach client names, gallery addresses or gallery identifiers to any analytics event.
