Booking
A date is held once the retainer is paid. Retainers are non-refundable but transfer once to a new date.
Delivery
Game galleries deliver within 48 hours. Portrait and commercial galleries within seven days.
Licensing
Personal sessions include full personal-use rights. Commercial usage is agreed per project in writing.
Weather
Outdoor sessions reschedule at no cost when conditions make the work impossible.
